Friday was Dustin's graduation from Podiatry school. His parents flew in town for the event and we have had a great visit. The day started bright and early waking up at 5 so we could be heading down town by 6 hoping to beat traffic. They let you in at 8:30 to get seats but graduation didn't start until 10. Needless to say once we arrived at the Chicago Opera House we waited... (about an hour) than once they let us in we waited some more (about an hour and a half). That being said, Mya was a trooper and while she was tired and whiney she did it quietly and let me enjoy the moment. She even fell asleep for a little while. Of course we woke her up so she could cheer on her daddy as he received his hood and diploma! They kept graduation short this year to two hours so all in all it was a good experience. It is official, Dustin has graduated and is now Dr. Dustin Lloyd. Or as our elderly neighbor now calls him Dr. Dimples! We are extremely proud of him. Four years of undergrad, four years of podiatry school now all that is left is his three year residency! We appreciate all your hard work, we love you and know that you do all this for us as well. Mya is so cute when she tells me that daddy goes to work at the hospital and helps people. We love you Dr. Lloyd!

Mya sleeping on my lap, thank goodness the seat next to us was empty so I could sorta get into a comfortable position. My belly was really getting in Mya's way. But isn't she cute!

Daddy and Mya, she is such a daddy's girl

Wow a picture with just the two of us!
